Pond Dye is a dry, nontoxic, water soluble dye formulated to reduce sunlight penetration and impart a natural blue color when applied to ponds and lakes. Dye reduces the amount of sunlight that reaches submerged aquatic vegetation such as weeds and algae which helps slow growth. Treatments usually last 1 to 2 months.
